R&P Announces Extended Services

R&P is pleased to announce a growing range of new support services designed to complement the air monitoring activities of our customers. The services listed below for R&P products can be customized to meet your individual needs:

• Extended product warranties
• Annual maintenance and calibration
• On-site startup and installation training
• Advanced and customized training
• Service contracts and field services

Over the years, R&P has offered similar services to meet the mounting responsibilities of our customers. Recently, we have added to our trained, professional staff to make these enhanced offerings available on a broader scale.

Customers have found R&P support services to be helpful in training new personnel, maintaining instrumentation to achieve high data availability, and in responding to limited staffing resources. These services can help reduce the time, staffing and training requirements associated with operating air monitoring instrumentation.

With the purchase of new types of instrumentation, the on-site startup and installation training can cut the time required to become familiar with a new measurement method.
