R&P Granted ISO 9001:2000

Rupprecht & Patashnick is pleased to announce its registration as an ISO 9001:2000 company. This new designation under the latest ISO standard is based upon the company's internal standards and procedures, and an audit performed by BSI Management Systems.

The newest revision of the ISO 9001 certification places additional emphasis on customer satisfaction and continual improvement goals. R&P was one of the first companies in its industry to attain registration under the original ISO 9001:1994 guidelines in the mid-1990's, and is among the 20% of all ISO 9000 registrants that have upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 as of 15 May 2003 (source: www.qualitydigest.com). The new ISO 9001:2000 version of the ISO 9001 designation becomes mandatory starting in January 2004.
