Effective March 12, 2004, R&P will be relocating to our new,
larger 50,000 square foot facility. The new address will be:

All mail correspondence and shipping to R&P should use this
new address immediately. We would appreciate you sharing our new
mailing address with others in your organization as necessary.
Our telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same.
R&P’s telephone and computer systems will be shut down
at 10 AM on Friday, 12 March 2004, and will be up and running again
by 8 AM on Tuesday, 16 March 2004. We encourage you to avoid contacting
R&P during that time period. We will have one telephone line
open (518-452-0065) for emergency contact. In addition, our fax
line (518-452-0067) will be operational. We expect that all e-mail
addresses will be functional, although some e-mail delivery may
be delayed slightly between 12 – 14 March. Please allow some
extra time (1-3 days) for a response. R&P’s website (www.rpco.com)
will remain fully accessible during the move.
R&P has been planning for this move for many months. Our goal
is to have minimum disruption to instrument orders and customer
support. We expect that there will be little to no delays from our
normal product delivery lead-times.
