Debbie joined Thermo in 1993 and initially worked in the production area before switching to the service department. Previous to joining Thermo, she worked as a radar maintenance technician for four years with the U.S. Air Force.

In her present position, she directs and coordinates Thermo's service area and the company's service-oriented programs for all Thermo rp products. She also provides telephone, fax and e-mail support of the company's products for customers and overseas distributors. She troubleshoots and repairs Thermo's ambient and diesel particulate monitoring instruments, and coordinates the schedule for training sessions and extended services on ambient products.

She spends time away from Thermo working on home improvement projects.
